HOW IT WORKS ...

Wondering how it all works? Hopefully the following will answer any questions you may have. And you can always e-mail us at heartstringsann@aol.com with any questions that aren't covered here.

• Browse our galleries (links in pink at top of page) to see examples of previous work, as well to help inspire the uniqueness of your own announcement.
• Once you're ready to order, make your selections from the PayPal drop-down menu (in the right sidebar) to add items to your cart.
• Below the PayPal menu, there are two fields to supply your announcement size, personalization, quote or verse, image editing, color and font preferences, or any other information for the artist.
• Once you have submitted your entire order, e-mail your images to heartstringsann@aol.com. When we have received both your order and image(s), you'll receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours and a proof within 48 hours (be sure to double check your spam folder as well as your in-box).
• We will work with you during the proofing process to make your piece perfect. Before approving your proof, please be sure to double-check the spelling of all names and the accuracy of dates or other information.
• If you've chosen the "Design Only" selection, you will receive a high-resolution file that can be printed conventionally through a printer, printed at a photo lab, or e-mailed to friends and family. That's it!
• If you've chosen the "Design + Printing" selection, we'll begin processing your order immediately after final approval has been received. All orders are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise upgraded by the customer. You can expect to receive your completed order within 10 business days of final proof approval.
• Once a proof has been approved and printing has begun, no changes will be accepted without incurring additional charges.
• For 8x10 announcement keepsake orders, you will receive a high-quality print that's suitable for framing (frame not included).
• For envelope imprinting, please supply the family name(s) and address, as well as whether you'd like a monogram next to your information.
• In order to guarantee Christmas delivery for printed orders, your order must be received and confirmed by December 10th. For "Design Only" orders, we can accept new orders through December 22nd.

We strive to meet every customer's expectations, but if we fall short please let us know as soon as possible so we may have the opportunity to make whatever adjustments are necessary to correctly fulfill your order.
